Full Hardgainer Push Workout – MP FITNESS

Yo, what is up guys! Here is an updated Push workout that I did! The weights are finally going up! For this workout, I used Innovapharms MVPre 2.0! I am close to getting back to the normal weight for the banded rack pulls which is a nice sign! Just gotta keep pushing forward!

Todays Workout:
Flat bench press: 5×5
Incline smith machine press: 3×12,10,8
Superset: Incline Seated Cable Flyes + Pec Dec Flyes: 3×12
Lateral Raise + Partial raises: 3×10/8
Superset: Front DB raise + Front Plate raise: 3×10
SuperSet: Plate Loaded Dips + Tricep Press: 3×12
Incline DB Skull Crushers: 3×12
