Yo, It's Michael here from MP Fitness. I'm here to tell you precisely what you get when you sign up with me for online training. We not only do In-Person Training in the Raleigh area but also offer various online training packages. I can help you get in shape no matter where you're at in your personal fitness journey.

What do you get with our online personal training? We do a fitness consultation & assessment using Zoom or a FaceTime call to see precisely your goals and make a plan to attack those goals. We're going to come up with a nutrition program for you, so whether it's for weight loss or trying to gain muscle, we're gonna come up with that personalized nutrition program. We will design a fitness workout program that you can access within our customized fitness app.

This allows us to track every workout you do; you get videos to see exactly what you did during the last training, and it logs everything! Your Workouts, Nutrition Program, and weight are all logged, and you can access them anytime, anywhere. I have access to your logs, so when you miss a workout, I will get notified, and I can send your message, “Yo, what's going on”? That accountability will be a huge factor in online training because I will be somewhere other than specifically being there with you during the workouts. Still, I can see what you do and where we need to progress.

We also have our intermediate FaceTime and Zoom calls. We're gonna be able to talk to me one to one, and I'll see exactly what's working, what's not, and what we have to do to help you continue to progress in the gym. Because it's not just the initial package, it's how we can keep you moving to reach your goals.
