Yo, What is going on, guys? I'm Michael, the owner of MP Fitness. We are located in beautiful Raleigh, North Carolina, and I'm going to help you guys reach your fitness and health goals. I'm here to tell you precisely what you get when signing up with me for In-Person Training.

So when you sign up, we will go through an entire consultation, where we find precisely your goals, strengths, and weaknesses and take you through a ton of Assessments. That way, you can see where you need to focus on your strength and weaknesses. This allows me to dive in and see what we have to start with and the action plan. We'll come up with more than just a one-on-one program for you. But also a nutrition program, whether it's for weight loss or adding muscle. Whatever it is, we'll come up with a plan built just for you. When it comes to the workouts, we're going to come up with a plan for when you see me and the days that you don't see me. It will pop up in the personalized fitness app where we can log your workouts, nutrition, weight, and other activities. It is a one-stop shop for your entire fitness program. When you log activity in the app, I get notifications; when you miss workouts, I get messages. The accountability to that is unreal! It's what people need when they're actually trying to reach fitness goals.
