Yo, what's up guys! Here is a new Push Workout that I came up with. The goal is to give our shoulders and joints a little break. This workout will give you an INCREDIBLE PUMP that you need to check it out! We are making a slight change with our approach for the next few weeks and focus on volume and not so much strength gains.

Workout Description :
Incline DB Bench: 4×8 w/ dropsets
Floor Presses: 3×10-12 ——–Close Grip Bench: 3×8-10
Cable Flyes: 3×12
Incline Flyes: 3×12
DB Lateral Raises: 3×12 w/ Triple drop set
Tricep Pressdown: 3×10
Seated OH Tricep Press: 3×12 w/drop set
